SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your package will arrive within 1-6 weeks from when your order was placed. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.
If your orders has to be made it may take the full 6 weeks however most orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks from when the order was placed. If your order is not shipped by the 4th week please contact us for an update on your order.

2. WHAT DOES SEASONING MEAN?
Seasoning is the process of the corset forming to your body you follow the seasoning schedule for 21 days wearing the corset for a limited amount of hours.
Gaps at the top and bottom of the corset are normal during seasoning. The corset will start to form to your body within the seasoning period.
During the first 2 weeks of seasoning you would reduce a max of 2" inches keeping your back busk parallel.
Example
If your natural waist where you bend is 44" inches your max reduction with the corset on should be 42"inches
Week 3 you can increase your reduction to your comfort however we do not recommend you tight lace which is 4"+ reduction.
TIGHT LACING-Over tightening your corset can cause wear and tear due to the pressure and the large gap you are given to start with to achieve your goal.
Your waist will eventually catch up to the size of the corset as you lose inches forcing the corset to close will not give you faster results consistency will.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
All packages must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order if you need to exchange it for any reason.
Please note if you send the incorrect measurements and the corset does not fit you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange.
If the error was made on AEC end, then we will cover all charges.
Please note there are no exchanges or cancellations for custom or pre orders.
Before submitting your payment confirm all the details of your order are correct.
REFUND POLICY
There are NO REFUNDS this includes the payment plan however in some cases cancellations may be accepted within 48hrs of the order being placed. If a return is granted as an exception a 20% restocking fee will apply

4. INFORMATION ON PAYMENT PLAN

NEW EASY PAYMENT PLAN
Pay a minimum payment of $36.25 to start the easy payment plan, then it's up to you how much and often you pay there are no due dates.
Request an invoice to start your payment plan during your consultation, we will need your email address and the country you're located.
Contact us with your email address and invoice number when you make your final payment.

5. PUTTING ON AND TAKING OFF YOUR CORSET
Make sure to loosen the laces every time you put on and take it off. Failure to do that can damage your corset.

6. HOW DO I CLEAN THE CORSET?
Sponge clean the corset using half rubbing alcohol or vodka and half water and leave it to air dry. Do not submerge your corset in water.

7. WILL THE BULGE AT THE TOP OF MY CORSET GO AWAY?
Yes! As your stomach begins to flatten and you lose inches the bulge will go down. Consistency is key in achieving your goal.

8. WILL THE CORSET HELP WITH MY BACK FAT?
Yes the corset will help reduce your back fat overtime we suggest you wear a compression tank in the meantime until you lose more inches it will start to go down.

9. IS IT NORMAL TO FEEL A BIT SORE DURING SEASONING?
Yes it is your posture may be adjusting and your body is not use to posture being so straight. Try doing less of a reduction and you can also break up the hours until your body is use to wearing the corset the soreness will go away.

10. WHAT IS A CORSET PENIS?
The bottom on the corset may stick out during seasoning and that was the name given by members to describe the point at the bottom of the corset.
To help flatten the "corset penis" pull down sharply at the bottom of the corset with two hands then pull your bottom 2 bunny ears towards the ceiling and pull the top 2 bunny ears down to the ground. Overtime that will help the corset lay flat and the placement is also important in helping the corset lay flat.

11. CAN I SLEEP IN MY CORSET?
It's not recommended because you can damage the corset and yourself if you are heavy sleeper. However if you choose to sleep in the corset wear the corset a bit looser and pillows under your back and your sides and make sure you don't have any sleeping conditions.

12. WHEN WILL I NEED A NEW WAIST TRAINER?
Everyone bodies and goals are different once the corset is closed your waist has to catch up to the size of the corset which will take some time due to the size gaps we give customers.
Most customers only need 1 or 2 corsets to achieve their goal so you may only need 1. -
13. DOES THE CURVY MAKE YOU CURVIER?
NO! There are different shapes and styles to accommodate different body types, all the waist trainers give you the same curve.

14. WHAT ARE BUNNY EARS AND THE MODESTY PANEL?
Bunny ears are the laces at the back used to tie and loosen the corset.
The modesty panel is the fabric at the back of the corset used to cover the skin. The modesty panel can be removed.

15. DO NOT TIE LACES AROUND THE CORSET
Wrapping your laces around your corset can cause wear and tear eventually fraying the fabric and exposing the steel boning. Please avoid tying your lace around the corset unless its due to medical reasons.

16. DO NOT BEND AT THE WAIST
If you need to bend you will need to bend at your knees or you can damage the corset bending at the waist. Always remember to squat if you need to pick something up which will also help your back.
